Professor CHANG, Wuchang is currently teaching at Department of Applied English, Ming Chuan University, and is the project leader of Taiwan’s 12-Year English Curriculum Guidelines. He retired from National Taiwan Normal University in 2001, and over the years has taught courses and conducted research related to general linguistics, discourse analysis, ELT methodology, language testing and evaluation, among others. He has been in charge of several important research projects for the Ministry of Education, Taipei City Government, the College Entrance Examination Center, and the Technical Colleges and Universities Examination Center.

Huan-Ming Chuang received his BSc degree and MBA from the National Cheng Kung University and National Chengchi University, Taiwan, in 1979 and 1983, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Management Sciences from the University of Iowa in 1993. He is an Associate Professor and Chairman of the Institute of Information Management, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. His current research interests include strategic information systems, marketing information systems, knowledge management and business intelligence.
